No, I don't believe that is normal or typical. It could have happened for an entirely unrelated reason, tho as the last poster said, if it does become a common after effect for you then I guess you need to think twice about wether you want to have anal sex or not.

After all he was up your butt and your body is certainly not used to things entering that way... Take it easy for a little, and have him be more gentle and careful next time. If it happens again I guess anal sex is just not for you.

Plus opening it up like that can easily cause gas, thus causing cramps. What you experienced happens alot, so expect that as a much less sexy part of the experience!
