heya..9.9 is pretty much average for your height..I used to weigh 12 stone and I lost almost 4 in 9 months..obviously you don't need to do that but all you have to do if you want to be healthy and at less risk from things like heart disease and high cholesterol then just eat a "healthy diet" with a bit of everything..but seriously your weight is normal..exersise is the best way to lose weight..I hate sports but swimming, gymnastic, dance and exercise dvds were what I used...but you really don't need to lose weight..and most importantly please keep eating..I was anorexic for a couple of months and it made me very ill mentally and physically...remember it doesnt matter what you look like to other people as long as you're happy with yourself - hope this helps 3

HeyRight lauren YOUR NOT FAT AT ALL!!!, you don't need to be thin, and sorry if that sounds a bit harsh, but being thin to me isn't a good look, and thin definitely doesn't mean your healthy in some situations. YOUR ARE THE PERFECT WEIGHT, and you don't have any reason for why you need to change at all. The average weight for you height is 120-159(lbs) depending on what build you are and you are 138 lbs!!! The best thing to do is eat healthly (don't cut out all junk food),keep active and drink 2 litres of water everyday. You should learn to love your body, because trying to change who you are because you want to be different, as you are perfect the way you are now by what you have told me. Hope that helps x p.s please don't make yourself thin, as this can be the start to an eating disorder.

Hi Lauren! I would suggest going for a small jog at weekends, playing some soprts, maybe. Swimming is good, it speeds up your metabolism which means you can eat something after and not gain as many of those vital pounds! Don't get too carried away. It's the inner beauty that counts. Maybe you could get a friend to do it with you? Then you could spur each other on!

Did you know that 'most' (I've met) prefer women who has meat on their bodies?
