Best wishes to you on this journey just keep on putting one foot in front of the other the very best way you can and allow yourself to be sad and grumpy when you need to be to help yourself heal.

Oh sweetheart you are bound to be feeling down and grumpy with your nan dying. Do your friends know Nan is dying? Maybe you could talk to them all and ask them to bear with you while you work through all this. You are going to go through days where you feel crap and days where you feel ok while this is happening and after Nan passes but you have to keep on putting on foot in front of the other until you feel well again. Take extra care of yourself eating wise, eat lots of fresh veges and fruit and lean meats, plus good grains. When you're down junk food makes you feel even worse because your body has to work hard at digesting them and can't focus on sending good stuff to your brain. Also don't drink too much as alcohol is a natural depressant. The key for you sweetheart is going to be to talk talk talk about this to people who will let you cry and talk as much as you need. If you have no one like that talk to us here we will all help.
Lots of love to you doll and remember what you are feeling at the moment is completely normal you are going to be ok.

I am sorry to hear what you are going through. It sounds likely that you are depressed but you need to have it confirmed by a dr to make sure. It seems to me that your nan dying has a lot to do with why you are feeling so down.
Depression can be overcome but it takes time, strength and determination. I hope you find this advice helpful and good luck!.
