A Virgin is a girl who has never had sex.
Sex is a man inserting his penis into the girl's vagina and the couple thrusting/moving/pleasuring each other.
You have never had sex.
Therefore you are still a virgin.

 you are still a virgin what you have probably done is caught the wall of your vagina with your finger and it has bled, maybe the reason it was stinging alot is because you may have an infection like cysistus or thrush this is when there is to much yeast and the ph balance is off. drink plenty of cranberry juice, bath in salt water and use canestan cream or other cream for thrush and maybe speak to your mum or if you have sisters and just let them know that it was stinging when you pee, it can be a weird time in your life when you are a teenager your body is changing.

 You are a virgin. To not be a virgin you need to have had sex and had a penis inside you (or something larger than your finger at least). A finger or two, or tampons, don't qualify as "taking your virginity" if you ask me. Simply put, you are a virgin until you have had sex with a man and had his penis inside you.
