Am I still a virgin? Could I be pregnant?

Question - (30 April 2010) 6 Answers - (Newest, 2 May 2010)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I'm 15 years old, female, and I think still a virgin. My boyfriend and I we're fooling around today like we normally do, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base all covered. We we're getting really into it and he got on top of me, I was wearing a skirt. He fingered me at first but then when he took his hands away I felt his penis on my vagina. I couldn't quite tell if he was inside or not because I was still sore from the rough fingering. I didn't stay in that position long but I'm afraid I could be pregnant. I also told him before I wasn't ready for sex and he understood but I'm not sure if he tried because we we're so into it. Can anyone tell me if I'm still a virgin and if I could be pregnant.

person12345 agony auntYou would DEFINITELY feel it if he got his penis in you. Also, unless he ejaculated, you're not pregnant. Pre-cum very rarely contains any sperm. The only time it does is if the guy has cum since last urinating. And even when it does contain sperm, it's a very, very small amount. Furthermore since he was just "poking" you a little, which can happen just from being in a making out position the chances of being pregnant are somewhere around 0. You're definitely still a virgin. If he was pushing against you though on purpose though, he was being a jerk and you should be careful about thinking of giving your virginity to him.

ChristineAvril agony auntYou say that you were wearing a skirt but didn't mention panties. If you WERE wearing them, you have no problem; sperm cannot penetrate them.

However, if you were naked under your skirt and his penis tip so much as touched your vagina lips you could well be in trouble - precum can get you pregnant.

Sorry, "chigirl", lack of consent has nothing to do with being a virgin: if the penis went it, even a little way, no virginity.

There's an old expression.....virginity is like a balloon, one prick and it's all gone!

chigirl agony auntAs for you being a virgin: yes I would consider you a virgin still since there wasn't full intercourse, and since you never even agreed to attempt at intercourse.

chigirl agony auntDidn't he tell you if he was taking his pants off? Didn't he tell you if his penis got near your vagina?

Yes, it's not likely, but yes you could get pregnant. After all he could have inserted his tip without you noticing if he's small enough and you had some foreplay right before.

He is a bad boyfriend for trying to have sex with you after you told him you didn't want it! I'd not trust him enough to be fooling around with him if I were you!

Take the morning after pill just to be safe. Has he had sex before? STD's transfer easily simply from contact with a mans penis. Some STD'd you just need for his penis to be in touch with you down there to transfer. He doesn't even need to go inside you for you to catch something. Which is why you should keep your underwear and his underwear ON, unless he wears a condom!

If he is not up to date on this, he should lecture himself online about the spread of STD's and how women become pregnant.

But like I said: take the morning after pill just to be safe. It's not worth risking it. You need to hurry up though as the pill needs to be taken within 72 hours, and it is less effectful the longer you wait (so if you wait 70 hours it's might not even help, but if you take it 2 hours later you are close to definite to not be pregnant).

I highly doubt you will be pregnant, but do this just to be safe. And tell your boyfriend this is more important than his need to test new grounds, he needs to take responsibility! And he needs to tell you if he attempted going inside you or not, and if his penis was in contact with your vagina.

KaileyLove agony auntYou'd feel if it was in there. Plus, virgins usually bleed after having sex for the first time. And it hurts like hell, or so I'm told.

I think you'll be fine.

Also, you wouldn't be able to tell if you're pregnant the DAY you fool around.
