Dr Psych's answer is wonderful. I agree, the term "virgin" is a bit tricky as she said, some say you are no longer a virgin if your hymen is ruptured, some girls may rupture their hymen by other activities, but as they have not had penetrative se, they are still virgins well they are still "chaste" perhaps that is a better word. As he did in some way enter you, perhaps you are no longer a "virgin" technically but in reality you are still chaste as you havent had sex, hope that hasnt confused you!!!

I was so afraid i lost something that is so important to me in the wrong situation and with the wrong person. I have been beating myself up about this since it happened. thank you.

I always think you should consider losing your virginity spiritually as much as physically. Technically it is a physical state of breaking the hymen inside the vagina via penetrative sex. But lots of girls lose their hymen in non-sexual ways - horse or bike riding for example. So maybe you should think about being a virgin or non-virgin in wider terms - like when you 'know' you had full penetrative sex with someone. Perhaps best to leave that for someone who at least cares about you - your first time doesn't have to be glorious but it sure helps if the person at least knows your surname. Take Care!

If you do not want to lose your virginity I suggest not putting yourself into situations where alcohol will impare your judgement.
Please see your family practicioner as this is a medical concern that needs to be addressed.
Take care of yourself Sweetie.

not really if you were aware of the situation then youre practically not really a virgin unless you didnt tell anyone then you still are according to you and the girl sex handbook

Yes, I'd say you are. That is assuming you complained about the pain pretty much straight away, not after 1/2 an hour! Which it sounds like you did.
