I really like this one guy ,but everyonce in awhile I see him with some random girl hanging all over him. Now its a common sight in my school to see girls hanging all over guys it just disturbs me a bit. Am I right? Will I never be noticed by any guys at school?

youre way too young to be worried about this kind of stuff, but if you must, find a quality guy who is worth your efforts, like one who isnt throwing themselves out there like a male slut...

BOYS wont notice you, but MEN will. I was never anything like the sluts at school, and I got a few really nice guys that ended up liking me. I personally didn't date any of them, because for the most part, I was already taken x3
Teenage boys want to try out their new equipment, but they're lazy and impatirnt, so they go for slits. (Not all of them are like this, but a lot are)

You probably will not get noticed by guys at your school. Maybe, but probably not. Because you're not a slut. But don't think that's a bad thing, guys laugh at the sluts behind their backs and you definitely do not want to end up as the joke.
I get that right now it looks like if you can't get a guy NOW you can't get a guy ever. But that's not true. Guys your age (girls too for that matter) are immature and still just getting to know themselves. Most aren't that interested in girls yet, and the ones who are often are just to brag about it to their friends. But finding love? That's a whole other matter, and most people have to wait until they are in late teens (18-19) or until they are in their 20-ties with finding love. Or even finding someone worthwhile to date.
Be patient! Guys right now don't matter! Really, they don't. If they don't like you now then so what, someone will like you later, and better to wait for someone who likes you for you than get slutty and be with someone who just dates you to tell stories to his friends about how far he got with you.
