He made it a point to tell me twice that he wanted me to come. I confided in another co worker about it and she wondered if his wife would be there and asked if I was going. I told her that it wasn't like he asked me out on a date because if he had I would've said NO. And that maybe he would have some single friends there. It always seemed like he was always wanting to ask me something but would change his mind and then Friday I was alone in the work room and that's when he came over. He's asked me questions about myself like how long have I been at our job, what your name I always see you around or what's your title, what department etc.The thing is I barely know him and I'm wondering why he invited me. Should I go? Am I reading into things?

I think you should find out if anyone else it going, it shouldn't be too hard.
