I don't think he is just saying it just to make you happy. Just because he is to young to get married at the moment does not mean he dosen't want to get married at some point in his lifetime. Enjoy your relationship and live for the moment, be happy in each others company and have fun. Maybe when he is abit older bring it up then, and by this time you will both know each other that much more.

Yes and No. I don't think he's saying it to just make you happy. If you're ready and he's not quite ready, he's not going to bring it up until he is. I would recommend, instead of brining it up, since he's not ready, just focus on the relationship you have now, and when it becomes time, you'll know.
