Then after that you do whatever feels right for you. Some girls just squeeze their legs together, others feel they need to rub their clitoris/nipples etc. Its different from person to person.  I could be wrong but i think the point of masturbating is because your allready aroused and need a release. ANY WAYS im not going to tell you but since you have internet access im sure you can use google to find what you need i would tell but it just feels so so wrong my standards are low but hey atleast i got some but i will suggest not doing anything no touchng anywhere for two weeks and see what happens.
