I have a crush on my next door neighbor and it has been going on for about 1 year. Recently he has been texting me, calling me, and coming over. Yes we have been intimate but there have been times when we have just talked. He told me the other night that he has liked me for a while and he knows that I have liked him for a long time. There are several issues with this... one he is 53 and I am 32 and the other thing is he has an on again off again girlfriend that he is going to relationship counseling with. I am starting to fall hard for him since he made the first move about a month ago. What do I need to do? I so want to win him over and I can see us together, but am I stepping into something that I should just walk away from. I am afraid I am going to be alone for the rest of my life and I really do like him.

It is just booty call in my opinion. He is probably on a rebound from some of his on & off again escapades. I think you were horny and you had sex. Look elsewhre for a good relationship. Your affairs with him won't last. It is too easy & too convenient.
