So much so that I'm strongly considering saving money for a few months, taking a flight over, and backpacking for a while... with a hidden agenda of falling in love with an Irishman. How bad of an idea is this? I just want to believe that love is real, and I have such an odd feeling that its in Ireland.

LOL it's not a Collin Farrel thing.
It's not completely unlike me to up and leave for a different state, so why not a different country this time? Hasn't anyone just had one of those -feelings- like they had to do something and what they would find when they did it?
Yeah, that sounds like a straightjacket waiting to happen.
But it sounds like a blast as well. If nothing else, I'll get to see Ireland!

want more than sex probably. Plus even if you don't find love you will have a great time.

Well I guess we all just love Collin Farrell and his lovely accent now don't we. :) Even if you don't find love, Ireland is spectacularly beautiful and you'll have a total blast. Go for it!

Sounds like a fantastic idea! :)
Good thing about it is that even if you don't find love in Ireland, you'll still have an absolute blast, see new places and meet new people.
Sounds like a win-win to me so start saving...
