Aunty iAHTHY is right, don't get hung up on a label, you are you.
It doesn't matter whether you're attracted to men, women or both.
If your with a guy and you feel comfortable and are sexually attracted to him, ask him out and see what happens.
Regardless of whether you ask out a male or a female, you're not required to jump into bed with them. The key to any good relationship is getting to know each other before taking that step anyway.
I don't know how you approach girls so can't comment on what you may or may not be doing wrong, but I think if you just relax, stop stressing about your sexual orientation and be yourself then things may well improve.
There may also be gay and bi sexual support groups on line where you are that can put you in touch with other young people who have experienced your same confusion. You may find that helpful.
I hope this helps AB x
