It's a pink-red color and it's half on my lip half on my face and a lot of people don't notice it unless they are up close. I don't know if it's a pimple, cold sore, wart, oral cancer, or an std. I've never had sex or given a blow job only felt a penis and given a hand job. Am I freaking out over a pimple or could it be something more serious?

It might be a cold sore, and if it is it might be worth talking to a doctor about it. They should be able to help you

So they gave me a cream for it and if I put them cream on before bed, the bump is gone in the morning....but no amount of squeezing will pop it, and it hurts when I try...also it seems to get irritated and get bigger when I try.

It could be a pimple or a cyst. However, it could also be a cold-sore stemming from a herpes simplex virus lurking in your body. Cold-sores often break out when you are feeling 'run down' or stressed. They are nothing to be ashamed about as lots of people have this virus - you can get it during childhood from innocent activities. I have had herpes simplex since a child and my recommendation to you is to get checked out by a doctor. If s/he confirms you have a cold-sore then you can do lots of things to help yourself. Rest up, take zinc tablets, use a lip-chapping stick available from the pharmacy to keep your skin lubricated, try the variety of anti-viral medications available to speed up herpes-healing and take care not to kiss anyone or share cups/ bottles not to spread the virus.
