but i bet your a stunnah and you are beautiful

i think im fat and i tried to loose weight but most guys dont like skinny girls they like a bit of meat not just bones

So dont worry hunny just make sure your healthy and you will be fine xx

Yos agony auntMaybe a little. But it doesn't mean you're not sexy though. Many many guys don't like skinny girls (despite what the 'conventional wisdom' will tell you)

hi there, I'm not saying your fat, but you probably need to lose a few pounds. So lose it while your still young as it will be easier:)

Try to lose 2lb every week until your a clothing size smaller - I'm guessing your a UK size 14 or 16?

ArmyMedic agony auntwhat does your doctor say? If you haven't asked your doc then I suggest you do. There are too many factors that affect the fact that you are fat or not for us to make any kind of comment here.

Speak to your doctor eat healthily and take plenty of exercise.

Your BMI is a little higher than it should be.

If you need help with a healthy eating plan then hit google. There are a million billion sites out there that can help you.

But in general:

Eat less crap, eat only good stuff and eat only when you are hungry. Never starve yourself. Never go on fad diets.

Try and do some more exercise, walk rather than drive and take the stairs not the lift.
