There's nothing between us because I have a partner but recently our friendship is being threatened because I can't talk with him so much. I am very busy with work and running the home and also I write so I dont have a lot of time and am not always on the internet when I say. This has caused tension and he has told me I'm unreliable and he's fed up with waiting around on the internet for me. Am I being unreliable? I'm really stressed and lead a busy life and I thought he was a friend but now I'm not so sure but this has upset me more than I imagined. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you.

Not at all. He shouldn't be waiting around on you. You have your life to live. If he's not your significant other, you have no obligation to talk to him online.

Tell him times when you think you may be able to talk and those times are able to change. Tell him sorry and that you would still like to be friends but you have a busy life and can't always do everything. Hopefully he will understand if not maybe you shouldn't talk to him as much . thats all the advice I have for you . I hope it helped in some way .I wish you the very best . I hope everyhting works out :)
