I just don't want to be one of those people who look and and are delivering a baby. I have gone to the doctor and tested and negative. Am I crazy?

Ne'cee is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI went to my doctor this morning and demanded an ultrasound and to EVERYONES surprise I am 17wks pregnant. Thanks for all the answers and advice everyone gave. So I think its important for ever woman to know a negative test response does not mean you are NOT pregnant you just have to know your body, nobody knows it better than you. Thanks again

I don't think you are crazy. There is nothing wrong with seeking a second opinion and no true medical professional would be offended if you asked for a second opinion.
Go and get checked out again
Good luck

No, your not crazy. If the medical tests had come in the negative then the possibility of you being pregnant is very low. You might be having all these problems because of entirely different reasons. Sometimes anxiety and stress can cause weight gain and irregular periods too. Instead of taking pregnancy tests try consulting a doctor about your health condition and see what comes up. All the best!

you're right to be concerned, i would visit the doctor again if you are unhappy, you can buy a pregnancy test from the chemist or go to a family planning clinic. there may be underlying issues,if a pregnancy test has come out negative then you may have an otherproblem. seek pofessional advice soon.x good luck.x
