Well when you skip meals your body automatically goes into starvation mode meaning anything you do eat your body automatically stores it as fat because it does not know when it will get food again. So to loose weight you eat 3 meals a day cut out all the junk and excercise bout an hour a day, keeps you healthy and is a safe way to loose weight without damaging yourself

Well i only eat one meal a day twice uif/u I eat at school.. bt I dnt throw it up or ne thing....and I do want to lose weight because I think that I look fat I dnt have that hour glass shape that is so in at school...I try my hardest to get to that but i kant i guess my body isnt made for that or anything...

You'll know if you have anorexia: it's a concious thing. It's basically where you become absolutely terrified of gaining weight AT ALL. If you find youself excercising loads, eating hardly anything, and spending most of your time on the scales, THAT's when you should start to worry.

reader, anonymous, writes (10 December 2008): i'm 14. 5 foot 2 inches and weigh 7st(size 4) i used to be anorexic but i'm getting better. if you don't make yourself sick or count your calories constantly then you are fine(just a fast metabolism)

You dont sound that underweight. Perhaps you have just got a natural small frame. Im 5'4 and weigh 120 lbs. So to me, you sound fine.
If of course you are making yourself sick and excersising too much then yes you may have some symptons of anorexia.

Anorexia is an eating disorder, where you basically starve yourself and excercise because you believe yourself to be fat.
If you are eating fine and not losing weight stupidly then i dont think you are anorexic.

You are a little bit underweight but anorexic is when you dont eat or starve yourself so as long as you are eatting you are fine.
