aunt honesty agony auntWell what makes you think that he is anoyed at you? As in how as he showed that you irritate him? could it be possible that it might be in your head as you are wanting to ask him out?

Ok so you say you are close friends which is a great start for a relationship. Why dont you just ask him does he think of you as more of a friend? At least then you will no and if he doesnt then you can move on from it and accept that he is only a friend.
