An orgasm is hard to describe, but you'd know if you'd experienced one. Everything builds up from the abdomen downwards, and you can't help but tense up. Then when you do orgasm there's a series of contraction type feelings, and the built up tension literally washes away.
If you didn't feel like that, the liklihood is that you didn't experience a clitoral orgasm. Also, I believe "squirting" is usually associated with the infamous G spot, but if you weren't stimulating this either, then it wouldn't have been a G spot orgasm.
It's hard to say.
