With the first guy, I am satisfsed more although I never cum with him. Apparently, he doesn't realize this. Should I tell him? and How? I know the reason I don't, which is emotional. We don't have a secure relationship, which I need to feel relaxed enough. It is also technical, in that he doesn't spend enough time thinking about me, if you know what I mean.I don't want him to feel...inadequate. Otherwise, we are very open talking about sex.

It seems like the problem is not sex but your relationship. I would talk to him about your relationship and try to work on it til it is secure and you are relaxed.
Once you fix your relationship then sex should be better as well and there would be no need to tell him.
Good Luck!
