writes: I have a two and a half year old son who likes to drink a lot of juice, he has been tested for diabetes but everything has come back clear but why does his breath smell like strong sugar all the time? It could be ketoacidosis due to a bad diet. Also if there is a build up of bactaria on his tounge that could cause smells too.
