I have a two and a half year old son who likes to drink a lot of juice, he has been tested for diabetes but everything has come back clear but why does his breath smell like strong sugar all the time? I brush his teeth regularly and have even cut down his juices and got him drinking more milk. It's an awful smell! Are there any suggestions on how to get rid of this?
