Never get your hopes up. they only bring you down after. think of it this way. i left my car at this university. i, being an idiot had only 5 bucks in change for the parking meter. i called my brother to go and put some in the meter since i was going to an important event which i could not leave for a few hours. the meter was set for 2 hours. he did not find the car and said forget it and just pay the $200 fine. i cursed and thought the worst for my car. as i returned. i noticed there was no fine, no tow trunk, and no officer. it just sat there as i opened the door and laughed my head off. aim low and you'll score high.
