It's possible. Not very likely if the giver of the blowjob does not have any cuts or lacerations in her mouth, but the possibility cannot be discounted completely.

Technically it is possible to transmit HIV Type 1 or Type 2 through oral sex. However, it is less likely than through intercourse. You cannot give someone AIDS as that is the end-stage disease that arises from having the HIV virus in your body. Treatment of HIV has made huge strides in the past 20 years and it is now possible to manage the condition more effectively than it was in the past. However, prevention is always better than cure. It is wise to use protection in any risky activity, particularly with casual partners.

if you had an injusry in your mouth
and the guy had an injury then the possibility is higher
because semen and saliva and other body fluids doesnt carry the virus as much as blood
IMO you dont have to worry so much as i have seen couples whose one of got aids and the other was 100% fine
and the virus didnt transmit after years of intimacy
but you must get a blood analysis to be 100% sure

It's unlikely but possible. Chances are upped if you have braces or any other cuts in your mouth. Most other STDs are transferrable through oral sex as well. This is why even during oral sex you need to use condom. Remember that oral is actually sex.
