If you've been swimming in cold water it naturally shrinks, much the same as your nuts tend to disappear somewhere inside your abdomen.
There will always be someone older than you and there will always be someone younger than you, just the same as there will always be someone bigger and someone else smaller.
In any case, it's how you use the thing that's important.

I've heard of guys with dicks that small before, one of them was in a long term relationship for aaaaaaaages (I read about it in a magazine.) And you're right, you ARE still growing. Even if you are smaller than a lot of guys, it's not always a case of bigger is better.
