When we were together we would talk and text constantly, and after the breakup we decided to stay very close friends. In our new relationship I text her maybe once or twice a day and call her at least once every week. Is that considered too much or should I just give us more time before we move back into the friends stage?

Honestly, if she's the one who cut it off that means she no longer has feelings for you other than as a friend. Be careful not to let your mind get confused that you could potentially get back together. Don't give yourself false hope. That hurts more than just putting space in between you two. Don't be too clingy, that could push her away more. Give her some space, and let her be the one to initiate conversation. Let her have a chance to miss you.
