I told her in a text, after a couple were exchanged, that I would give her a call some time. Well, to add a bit to the back story, I've had a very busy 3 months with a lot of personal hurdles, busy work life, and the end of my past relationship filling the majority of my time. I don't know, however, if saying I've just been really busy is a good enough excuse as to why I have not called this girl earlier. More importantly, I don't know if it would just be weird to finally give her a call to go get a cup of coffee after 3 months have elapsed. And I feel liked I would have to let her know I didn't call because I was fairly preoccupied and unavailable.Open ended post ... all thoughts welcome. I feel I should know what is right, but what to do next, call or forget about, eludes me.Cheers!

ok its not normally exceptable but i think that you should take a chance. My brother phoned a girl who he broke up with after like 3 years because he wanted to see how she was doing and now they are married.who would have thought...so i say take a chance maybe she will understand, 3 months is not a life time.

By now she may have decided that you did not like her, so the call may be a pleasant surprise.
You may discover that her relationship status may have changed since, but still there is no harm in calling her.
Shows that she made an impression :)
