After 3 children I'm not as tight as I used to be. How can I correct this?

hi, am 26yrs old. i got married at 18. I have 3 kids. i am happy with my life. but after my delivery my husband feels that I am not as tight as I used to be. What's the reason? Can anybody advice me? Is there any way to correct this, i want to satisfy my husband. Please any ideas?

AskEve agony auntBecause your vaginal muscles have been stretched to enable your baby's head to push through it can leave your vaginal muscles slacker than normal. What you need to do are Kegal exercises, which amongst other things will help tighten your vaginal muscles again. See link below -
