 first of all ask her what triggered this whole thing like what is it that she thinks she is missing in this marriage that caused her to fall out of love with you, has she been cheating? did you something unforgivable? there must be something something like this can not just come out of the blue. if you can put a little detail on your post maybe we will have a little insight on how to help you right now its a bit difficult.

 She just needs to find herself again. Even the best live- in relationships can be stiffling to the spirit depending on the person. There's really nothing you can do accept ask her what she wanted from you that she didn't get to cause her to feel this way...then times that by 27 years and imagine the feelings you would have. Just try to keep your head and give her what she wants. Show her you will support her and go to any length to do it. If you don't you will push her away.
I dunno maybe send her to a wellness retreat?
