writes: my 16yo daughter took up with some pentacostal revivalists who kept on pressuring her to increase the commitment. after a few months she broke away and became friendly with a lesbian girl and developed a relationship. the girl and her friends showed my daughter how to be antisocial and smoke and take drugs. she looked like she might not finish school. 6 months later the girlfriend broke up with her and now she is looking at going back to the pentacostal revivalists with plenty of tales of how I fell by the wayside. has anyone got any comments about how a parent should deal with this situation. I realise that drugs are worse than religion. My daughter also has some mental problems that make her respond badly to drugs. Please advise.
