writes: If a manager said that he sent an employee home on suspension pending a misconduct investigation, is there a letter that must be signed by the manager and employee when he orally suspends you or is there some type of letter you are suppose to get in the mail saying that the suspension is in effect by Human Resource. Because I never got a letter, I was told to come back to work and continue working and that I did nothing wrong. Then I was fired while waiting for my ID to be returned to me by that manager on the day he told me to come back. I waited for 2 hours in the break room when he said that he was going to get my ID for me. Then the union rep, (managers yes man) who was secretly brought to represent me the day of the situation by this manager while being cornered in the office while writing my complaint paper said. The company thought that it was best to let me go and that employee's don't have the right to protect themselves or say anything when being threatened at work (physically or verbally). Even though this manager from another company was wrong for attacking me for not doing work that is not of my company that I work for I brought the reputation of my company into dispute. Now was my union rep or Human Resource Dept suppose to contact me if termination was at hand days before coming back to work. Because from day one everyone (manager and Union rep) was being quiet around me about this manager that assaulted me. Funny thing is I filed for unemployment and it said that the company couldn't show proof of me doing anything wrong and I was awarded unemployment, they did even fight it. My thing is if you have all of this proof to fire me then where was to proof to show unemployment. It just doesn't sound right to me.

In case they rightly pin-poin the defaulter as being you they you get nothing. You are fired and the compy's experience letter show that you were fired and that you did not resign for personal reason which hapmer's you growth for the future.
