However, I want to try and avoid going to the movies, would rather talk more then sit and blatantly stare at a screen for 2 hours.I wouldnt necessarily call this 'dating' per se, this is a 'date' to see if its something we want to do. So I'm thinking we could go on a series of special dates, date one, two and three, just us. However, considering I've never done this before, I'd like advice to know what to do on each date please if possible. Much appreciated!! :) Reply to this Question Share |

A trip to the aquarium, followed by sushi? (I love a good irony date.)
A walk in the park? Ice skating? The arcade is always fun - brings out the kid-like excitement in you and you can be playfully competitive.
A movie isn't all bad (all though personally I would choose going to the theater - as in plays - over the movies! It's more creative, and much more memorable), as long as you make sure you go out for coffee, ice cream, or dinner afterwards. It will inevitably give you a jumping point on conversation!
Just relax and enjoy each others company.
Good luck, sweet!
