No one here is a victim, certainly not your female friends for dating a married man. The only victim is the man's wife!!
If they're friends with each other, then they'll find out they're dating the same married man. However if they're not friends, then I doubt they will ever found out about each other. That is if he's that good with hiding his affairs from his wife.
I would keep your input to yourself and let them make their own mistakes.

 Are they both friends and do they both know that each of them are seeing the same man? If they do then I think you should just stay out of it and let them make there own mistakes. If they do not know about the other then sit down with the both of them and tell them.
