Is this valentine's day poem good enough for her? she's pretty romantic so I'm hoping she'll like it

You’re more beautiful than a starry night

The sight of your smile clears away all my fright

You’re far smarter than the average bear

You put forth the effort that could get you anywhere

If you want to be there that is

You’re like Einstein without the frizz

You’re kind and charitable to all you see

Be that him, she, them, or me

I love how sweet and polite you are

You truly are a beautiful shining star

I know I’ve said you were beautiful but let me say it once more

Looking lovely for you is no chore

You could roll out of bed in sweats and a loose tee

And you’d look like the most beautiful girl in the world to me.

You’re the perfect girl I want you to see

You’re the only one for me

I’d do anything got you and you know it too

I want nothing more than to be with you

I’d love to be the one to make you smile

I’d never make you cry especially while

You make me so happy so I’d do nothing less

Than return the favor and give you my best.

*Note yes she is really smart, she gets all A's that's why the smart lines are there (:

yes i love it, it made me smile. your poem is sweet, it shows you care, (id change the line, abov the bear) dont mind our Q~man, hes just a bit jaded, he think of poetry, as a way to get laid~ed,he writes a good poem, even sometimes kind, but in the area of young love, he tends to be blind. Mal

TasteofIndia agony auntIf she's a smart one, she'll appreciate the humor and sweetness in your poem. It's not just some mushy gushy flowery poem, it's funny and thoughtful. I think she'll go crazy about this, especially at your age. I don't agree with Q this time... as a woman, if a guy gave me this, I would LOVE IT!!!

Happy Valentine's Day! She's one lucky gal!!

That's great because it's from your heart.

The Einstein part may cause laughter just because when I read it, I just pictured a bald Einstein because you de-frizzed him. She may get a kick out of that anyway because that too is genuine.

What a sweetie!

That's very sweet of you. I'm sure she'll love it. :-)

The Einstein line made me laugh. I love how you were able to be sweet, rhyme and put your personality in it all at the same time. Gifts like this are the best in my opinion. It goes to show that you care. Wish you lots of luck! Hopefully she'll love it and see how much you care.
