A little question for whoever fits this category.

Has a lad ever split up with their first love, hung on and not known what's going on for about 5 months and then been told that you can't get back together by her, that she wants a fresh start at uni etc then got back together in the future?

He was friends with my brother, but brother didn't really tell me that they kept in touch. He moved overseas for quite a long time and got back in touch when their was a reunion in the air. His whole family were due to emingrate to the USA and join him, so he wanted a farewell for all his old friends. That is when we saw each other again and a huge emotional firework went off. He came back, quite a few of his relatives didn't go in the end and now we live together in the UK.

We all went through a whole heap of stuff, divorce and other traumas. Once you have done that and found out how people can be you become aware of what really matters. Someone who knows you, who has history and can take the damage that life has inflicted. I think there is even something about smell and feel which gets imprinted on your brain so you recognise it. When it happens at that early age I think it can evoke powerful feelings and memories later on. A crazy theory maybe. My advice is to live your life well and be prepared to give your heart again. You may or may not get back together, you may not even want to by the time it could or might happen.

Yup but I waited 30 years before it happened. Anyway first loves are very powerful but because you are youg and have some scapls to take, it can seem a bit boring and run out of steam. You may get back one day, let's hope you dont have to wait as long as me!
