 well every person is different. some people take about 20 mins to cum while others can do it in about 10 seconds. its a little different for everyone. if you want to make yourself last longer it just takes time and pratice. you just need to work on controlling your muscles and your mind. so try thinking about things that would normally turn you off. this might help you last longer.

But sometimes its virtually impossible to stop yourself. Dont be worried if you cum pretty easily. It takes time.. Just be patient.
