writes: Hello,Ive noticed i have a bump on the underneath my shaft, about halfway up. Its underneath the skin, and at first i thought it might be a pimple forming because it was small and hurt a bit, but now it has gotten bigger, but no whitehead has appeared, ive tried squeezing it out and nothing is working, it hurts alot, and its pretty hard.Is this just a pimple forming or is this something serious i should have checked out?  Could be a ingrown hair. If you trim down there, it is a posibility. If it is painful to the touch, you need to go get checked out. You can never be to safe.

 If there is just the one of them then it could be a genital wart. If there a whole lot of them all quite tiny then they are just slightly swollen hair follicles. Genital warts are pretty common and highly contagious so you owe it to your sexual partners to put yourself off games for a while and get it checked out. Don't be fooled by the fact that if you google for pictures of genital warts (seriously don't do this on a full stomach) what you see is something huge and gross that looks like it belongs on an alien penis, they don't start out that way, they start out as little white bumps.

 Hello. It could be an abscess. But there really isnt any way of knowing. You need to get it looked at properly so pop along to your doctor x
