You wont be getting pregnancy symptoms that early anyway. And you took the tests and they came out negative. So what are you worried about? Sometimes your period comes late. Are you still on the birth control pill or did you stop them after february?
Listen to your doctor, if you aren't pregnant you aren't pregnant, no matter how blaoted you feel. You probably just ate something funny. Or you were stressed. Or you have been sick, or it's just been a few of those days where you feel hungier than usual, maybe you needed extra energy because you've been stressed!

I've heard that every woman can't take bc pills. Doctor may have to prescribe another bc pill for you OR you may want to give up SEX for a couple of months and put yourself to a test by not taking the pills and see if your period will go back to regular but check with doctor first, Dont take my word and get pregnant, back in the day I put myself on and off the pill but now days not sure if the doctor has to take you off.Do you remember if your period was regular before going on the pill? Don't know for sure but Midol might help your cramps, look up MIDOL.Hope this help. Good luck

Other than food cravings, none of the other symptoms you mention are typical of pregnancy. If you want more information check out http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/pregnancy-am-i-pregnantWhat did your doctor say was a likely explanation?

If the test says negative, it is unlikely you are pregnant. Your symptoms may be a negative reaction to the pill, how long have you been taking it?I would have a chat with your doctor about your symptoms, and see what they say. There is nothing much we can say here as we are not your doctor and don't know your medical history.Have you been taking your break in the pill every three weeks?
