Don't keep following her all the time and don't keep staring at her. Admire her from afar if you must but that's it for now I'm afraid. If she was interested in you then she'd soon let you know. Girls like a challenge so don't seem so desperate around her. Go off and have a game of soccer or football with some friends, anything but stay around her all the time. Maybe then, she'll seek you out.
