We hanged out (as a group with the others there) and talked many things. On occasion we hugged. When I left she told me she's very upset and will miss me very much, then she hugged me and told me "I love you"... I was frozen and couldn't talk and she walked out after that...What does she mean by that? She loves me as a colleague ? A friend? Or does she want a relationship with me? I have no idea... She has a boyfriend, but told me she's not very excited about him...

I don't know what it means beyond being friends because we are just friends. But it just means we care about each other, want the best for one another and are there for each other in times of need. That much is true. After that, I don't know.

If she has a BF, I'd stop thinking about this any further. She is off-limits.
You wouldn't want to date a girl who cheated on you would you? So don't get into something like that yourself.
