Clearly your boyfriend likes the attention he's getting from this young girl. It doesn't seem like he wants to have sex with her or anything, but it seems like he likes egging her on. He's probably never had a young girl get a big girl crush on him, and he's probably eating up the situation.
He needs to stop egging on this teenage girl. It's not good for her, and it's really not healthy for him either. If he continues to build this "relationship", it might turn to less than innocent.
I know he doesn't want to "hurt her feelings". However, tell him to quit that out and to tell her gently that he's got a girlfriend, and that all though he's flattered, it's not going to work out.
If he continues to see her or talk to her behind your back, then it's time to really come down on your boyfriend. You tell him to drop his jailbait or that you're outta there.
