 Wait a sec, you don't know his physical address? You mail something to him and it is returned to you? What does the post office mark on the package or letter? There should be a reason for return indicated on the front of the envelope. I would be very suspicious of a guy who only did stuff over the internet or on the phone. He may very well be married, or living with someone, and doesn't want to get anything at home because that will tip her off to his infidelity. Be VERY VERY careful here.
If you really want to make something personal, write up a poem or love letter, make him a personalized song list on a CD, have a lovely picture of your face framed, so that he could put it on his desk next to his computer.
Do NOT do anything involving sexy pictures or other digital media unless you know FOR CERTAIN that he is the real deal. I personally would not want type of file like that out there; there is too much risk here, you could wind up with your sexy pictures out there on 'amateur' adult websites.
Being careful and cautious doesn't mean you don't care for him; it's just good common sense.

 Sexy pictures is a pretty big gift for a 7 month anniversary. I would save that for a really significant anniversary, like your 1 year.
Your 7th is not a huge milestone, so I would do something sweet and simple, to let him know that you recognize it, love him and have totally enjoyed the last 7 months together. Maybe a framed picture of the two of you together, or just a really nice picture of you for him to keep on his desk (not too sexy, you don't want his Mom or guy friends looking at you half naked!). If you want to add in something sexy, maybe a sexy note?
