it is your actions that are feeding this problem. Your first big mistake was even responding and replying to her. Your far worse mistake was continuing to respond to her. It is trash behaviour. You can do better than that. Cut off the air from this discussion by never responding nor reading to anything from or about her. Designate her email adddress as junk mail and leave it at that. If she phones you hang up and block her number. Surely you have things to do and activities to plan to enjoy with your child and your husband? Get a hobby. Enroll in a course to learn a skill that would be useful for you to learn. Smart women focus on their family, and dont get stuck in the lifestyle of a little school girl, constantly checking 'losersville' = idiotic dumb facebook. It is immature and unbecoming to continue to respond to this sad woman who behaves so poorly. Show a more responsible approach by getting on with your life and never speak her name again, and never respond to any gossip about her.

sometimes we come across people in life who really want to bring us down, this girl is obviously hurting she feels your husband was the one for her, its so hard but you cant hate her, wheres anger going to get you, she's just trying to get at you, try and have positive thoughts about her, don't let her hurt what you have with your husband and daughter, it will only cause trouble in your family, your family is number one there are always going to be people who want to ruin your hapiness don't let them, ignore it, if you see her ever say hi, smile at her, this doesnt bother you, she's nothing but a distraction, she must be a very unhappy girl if she has to act out like this for attention? she'll get bored after a while and things will settle
