Now I found an instant message system that is cheaper to communicate with and he keeps saying he will do it but hasnt. Most of the times when I call him his phone is off. Like tonite his phone is off again without him telling me he would be away. I do most of the text messaging. Should I be worried that he isn't interested anymore? Am I pushing too much by messaging everyday? Is he leaving me?

4 years is a long time for an LDR to continue and not be resolved. how often do you see each other?
how were things the last time you were together?
if you have never met, then I'm pretty sure he's losing interest and it's time for you to move on..
