15 to 19 is not a big age difference, and you'll realise that in a year or two. As young teenagers we have it drilled into us that same-age is right, but when we become more mature, we realise that this makes no difference. This guy is old enough to understand that, so is probably dropping the hints with all sincerity; make the move for him as he probably realises what you're thinking, after all,he was there only 4 YEARS ago! :)
