When you eat so little during the day, your body goes into starvation mode. Once it is in starvation mode, anything you eat after that, it stores it as fat. Not only will you feel miserable because those calories aren't going towards your energy, but when everything you eat, including the 3000 calorie weekends is going to be stored as fat.
So basically the cycle will be:
Eat very little - Starvation mode - Eat alot - Store everything as fat - back to the beginning.
It sounds like you are willing to exercise which is really important, but with nutrition, you should eat a lot of small meals through the day. This will stop your body from going into starvation mode.
Try this website: www.sparkpeople.com
You can put in your weight loss goals and they'll give you a full nutrition plan.
It is really awesome.
A note:
At first it seems like a TON of food that they want you to eat, but if you actually measure out the correct portions and stick with the plan, you WILL lose weight.
It was really counter-intuitive for me at first but it works!
One more thing:
You are pretty young. If you are feeling bad about your body right now, it is probably because you are in that teenage stage where your body just hasn't balanced out much yet. I used to be that way, I though I was a stout and pudgy, but once you get get older, your body starts to even out and you will be much happier. So don't stress about it too much right now.
I truly believe that if you exercise and eat right, your body will balance out to become what it is supposed to be, and though you may not end up a 6 foot tall, 110 pound supermodel, it will be beautiful.

I would recommend you try to gradually cut down your calorie intake, ie reduce the amount of food you eat and increase the amount of exercise you do. This is by far the best method to lose weight and diet sensibly. You can aid your weight loss by using some boosters, these improve your results and make it easier for you to stick to the program. natural products are recommended - such as green tea pills and weigh loss shakes such as thigh and hip slim.

It reminds me of my book that has recently been published. The main character of my book is overweight, and also has many issues and struggles with her weight. But in the end she overcomes them, and finally manages to lose the weight that she subconsciously put on to protect herself from being hurt by love, which I think, is something a lot of people out there tend to do without even realizing it. Being overweight is not just about the physical, it's also about what is going on with a person’s psychological issues. The main character also comes to realize the importance of healthy eating and fitness. I am a regular user of Facebook if anyone would like to talk to me about my book.

I've done the 2,4,6,8 diet which is kinda similar to this and it DOES NOT WORK!
As soon as you start eating again you put weight on quicker.
If you want to lose weight you have to do it over time for it to stay off.
Go speak to your doctor who will give you a good diet.
Good luck

Sweetie, you've posted many many times on this question. Crash diets don't work. Starvation/binge diets don't work. They are DANGEROUS to your health.
Talk to your doctor and get a sensible plan. If you'd been eating sensibly and doing some exercise when you first started asking this question, you'd be at your target weight now. That is assuming your target weight is a healthy one for you.
There are no shortcuts for this. Life stinks sometimes, and this is one of those times. No shortcuts!
Take care.

Come one, 300 calories? 2000 are the norm for a normal female. You would eath 4800 (6x300+3000) in a week and you need 14000 (7x2000). Can you see a gap?
Sure you would loose weight, starvation tends to do that.
Eat normally and excersise. Else you would be a stick figure with bad teeth, lousy hair, acne, no breasts and other curves, irregular periods, weak bones, permanently cold and heading for an early grave.

NO the massive changes in your metabolism would keep the weight on, you need to eat regular healthy meals and do plenty of exercise to loose weight.
1500Cals is the minimum daily calories a women should take, if you are exercising regularly this should increase to 2500cals, if you stick to 1500cals a day plus regular exercise (40-60mins per day), will make you loose wieght, if you go on a binge over a weekend just increase your exercise by 15-30mins a day for the following week.
That way you have a healthy heart as well as weight loss. If you don't take the minimum daily calories your body will think it is starving and start to make reserves (FAT) when you binge.
If you exercise on a dangerously low calorie intake, you are likely to faint, and injure yourself, loose consciousness through hypoglycaemia and can cause all kinds of metabolic conditions with in your body.

I'm no diet expert, but my dad had to lose some weight and did something similar (he said the splurge day keeps the metabolism from dropping drastically but I don't believe it). He did lose weight but it seemed pretty unhealthy. He seemed a bit lethargic and looked a bit anemic most of the time. Yes, you will lose weight fairly quickly but I think the 300 calorie a day with exercise is a bit draining on your body and when this is all over, you'll probably gain more weight than you lost. Balance it out.
