 Statistically speaking, chances of getting pregnant at that time of your cycle is low. Keep in mind that the word to focus on is LOW.. I'm going to assume because I don't know the actual stat but lets say that 5%(which is a low chance) of girls get pregnant 3 days after their period if they have unprotected sex. So for every 100 girls having sex at that time, 5 of them get pregnant. Of course you can be the group of 5 or the group of 95. If you don't want to be in that group of 5, then don't have unprotected sex.
Statistically speaking, you have a higher chance to get pregnant while having sex about 2 weeks after your last period, but don't let that fool you into thinking your safe. I would never rely too much on statistics if you want to avoid pregnancy, but definitely rely on them more if you do. I'm guessing you don't want to be pregnant. So yes... you can get pregnant.. to whatever end of the statistic you fall.

 Get a pregnancy test because, yes, you could become pregnant. Even if he pulled out, there is still sperm in pre-cum.Also, start using condoms. At the very least, get on the pill. You should not be having sex without some kind of protection and it is highly suggested to always use condoms.
