Pregnancy or an STD are probably your biggest worries. Schedule an appointment with you doctor so that they can relax your fears.
You are probably safe, but it is better to be safe than sorry.

Anything left in the vagina can produce bacteria. Bacteria exists due to the environment that it can grow in.
There is a higher risk or urinary tract infections.
You may also get Toxic shock syndrome if it was left inside for too long.
Do you feel normal or do you have any weird symptoms?
1. High fever that appears suddenly
2. Muscle aches
3. Diarrhea
4. Dizziness and/or fainting
5. Sunburn-like rash
6. Sore throat
7. Bloodshot eyes
If you think it is not right , then you should visit a doctor.

There is a slight risk of infection when you have any foreign body at all inside you for that period of time, so I think it would be worth a trip to your dr. also if the top part is in you it means it broke, which also introduces a risk of STD's or pregnancy.
I advise that you make an appointment and explain what happened, and then the Dr can check you for infection and STD's and also be mindful of the fact that you could be pregnant. but try not to worry or be embarrassed, Dr's see things like this all the time, and will be pleased that you have gone for advice.
