I think I'm going at a normal paste the thing is I think I'm not fully done growing because SOMETIMES my voice will break or I will get pimples here and there once in a while also my beard takes forever to grow but I could grow one but when I do get facial hair it is soft... my moustache never grows I never have to shave it... I have hair on my chest a LITTLE ... but its noticeable and i also have that trail from the belly button to down there.... I just want to know is there a possibility that I would grow a couple of more inches?... P.S. I also smoke marijuana every day not a lot though... do you think this has affected my chance to grow???? sleep 8 hours a day; drink plenty of water; exercise atleast 1-2 hours per day; do streches before you go to sleep at night; try not to eat before you go to bed; and drink lots of milk :D
looking at your genetics, you should be able to be 6ft 183cm barefoot when you reach 20.
my mom is only around 5'3 and my dad is 5'10.5
i'm turning 17 in a month, and i'm exactly 180cm 5'11.
i'm hoping to grow 2 more inches too, just as you are.

 Why don't you stop smoking for say 6 months and if you have grown taller then you know that it was the weed that is the problem.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 June 2009): Dope wont effect your growth, I know plenty of guys who toke and it hasn't affected them. People make dakka seem worse then it really is. It aint even half as bad as the hard drugs stay off the hard gear you wont have a problem.
