I have no idea why K's name came out while I was having sex with first love, but it did. Now 15 years later he appears and we hook up... what do you guys think of all this? Has this ever happened to you or anyone you know? What was their outcome? I need you guys on this one... I'm 28 but this I've never experienced... somebody help me please???!!!

The two things are totally unrelated. I dont think that the fact that you called out his name means you were somehow fated to be with him or any other silly connection you are trying to make. It is great that you two have now gotten together and I hope that this is a relationship that works. This kind of thing happens more than you apparently think. My sister is married to a guy that I was best friends with when we were little kids, and she had a crush on, before he moved away. He and I reconnected as teens and he asked her out but she rejected him. They remet as young adults and this time it worked. They have been married for 13 years and have 2 kids. I, myself, am dating an old childhood friend. We were friends for years and years and lost touch. We reconnected about 5 years ago and have been together as a couple for 4 of those years. Its great! Good luck!
